Experience: 1 to 4 Yrs in a Travel / Online Travel Agency
b) Executives - International Tour & Hotel Booking - 2 Positions
Experience: 1 to 4 Yrs in a Travel / Online Travel Agency
c) Operations Manager / Asst. Mngr - Tour & Hotel Booking - 1 Position
Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs in a Travel Agency / OTA
 
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Travel
 
Job Profile:
  • Managing Day to Day Operations of Hotel & Tour Booking
  • Managing Customer Service over phone & email
  • Negotiating & Contracting Special Rates with Hotels & DMCs across India & International
  • Uploading of Hotel & Tour Packages on the website
  • Coordination with the vendors and clients
  • Co-ordinate with accounts team for client payment
  • Managing a Team & ensuring optimal performance
  • Maintaining Daily Reports
  • Meeting Targets
  • Building healthy Customer Relationship
  • Close Market Watch and Observing the Competition Activities
  • Any other responsibilities as given by the Management from time to time
