a) Executives - Hotel Booking - 10 Positions - Exp: 1 to 4 Yrs in a Travel / Online Travel Agency

b) Asst. Manager - Hotel Booking - 2 Positions - Exp: 4 to 7 Yrs in a Travel Agency / OTA

c) Operations Manager - Hotel Booking - 1 Position - Exp: 5 to 10 Yrs in a Travel Agency / OTA

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Travel

Job Profile:

Managing Day to Day Operations of Hotel & Tour Booking
Managing Customer Service over phone & email
Negotiating & Contracting Special Rates with Hotels across India
Coordinating with Software team for uploading of Hotel Packages on the website
Coordination with the vendors and clients
Co-ordinate with accounts team for client payment
Managing a Team & ensuring optimal performance
Maintaining Daily Reports
Meeting Targets
Building healthy Customer Relationship
Close Market Watch and Observing the Competition Activities
Any other responsibilities as given by the Management from time to time

Ability to work in an automated CRM based work environment.
Well Networked with the Hotel & Resort Industry
Must have the ability to multi task and be detail oriented
